We have also purchased a Viking Turbo 606 Pallet Nailer.  It can produce 2,000 pallets per shift.  Check out the video on our facility overview page.

To keep up with increased volume, we have invested in a new Automatan A Plus Laminator. This doubles our capacity for laminating jobs. We also added another rotary die cutter. It is a two color printer, and gives us more flexibility getting jobs through the plant. See images of both on the "Facility Overview" page under the "About Us" tab on our Home Page. Tilsner Carton is expanding it's capabilities to keep up with the changing marketplace. We now have an HP Industrial Press, which prints digitally 8 colors directly onto corrugated eliminating the need for printing plates. This capability is ideal for short runs and regional promotions. New Awards!  Tilsner Carton Company took 3rd Place in AICC's Design Competition for a countertop display it designed and produced for belVita.  The same display took Bronze at the Design of the Times Competition.  Tilsner Carton also received an "Honorable Mention" in  AICC's Design Competition for a business development kit it designed and manufactured for Navitor.

Construction Alert - A new entrance and exit ramp has been added to 35E at Cayuga. It leads directly to the back of our building.   Directions for both semi's and cars can be found on our website. It is the far right tab of the top navigation bar.
